Day twenty six, week four, phase two

Today was a blessing really, I didn't have the time to fit a whole session in today and thought that a week missing back may be a good thing.

Exercise:

15 minuet stretching
140 sit ups
30 minuet cross trainer

4 x 12 behind head tricep curls 10kg
4 x 12 triangle bar cable pull 13.75 16.25 18.75 x 2
4 x 12 rope cable pull 16.25
4 x 12 straight bar cable pull 16.25 18.75

Food and meals:

Breakfast - eggs and bacon
Lunch - soup
Dinner - breaded chicken (all that was to hand)
