Day five, week one, phase one

Food and meals
Breakfast - bran flakes
Lunch - chicken pasta
Dinner - chicken sandwich

As you can see here today was quite high in carbs but hay I needed to eat and needed to grab something so I did, I just made shore that I ate the pasta in the day giving my body more of a chance to burn it off.

Exercise
15 mins stretches
Sit ups 2x30 crunches 2x30 bicycles crunches

2x15 push ups

30 mins running machine
20 mins cross trainer

4x10 squats 20kg
4x15 calf extensions 30kg
4x10 leg extensions 30kg
4x10 seated leg curls 30kg
4x10 leg press
