What You Need Through Out



Here’s what your going to need through out.

1. HRI Water balance tablets, these are great tabs to use there all natural herbal water retaining tablets. As there natural you can take them with any diet and help flush and loose water in your system. You take 2 tabs twice a day and are cheap as chips £2.00 a jar of 50 at tesco which are currently 3 for 2.

3. Cod liver oil tablets, A must this is going to be a long 12 weeks with a lot of movement which cod liver oil tabs are going to help with a lot.

[2]Fish oil supplements are dietary supplements that contain oil from the fatty flesh of cold water fish such as mackerel, anchovy, and sardines. The active ingredients in fish oil supplements are essential fatty acids known as omega-3 fatty acids. They typically include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These fatty acids are converted by the body into the beneficial series 3 prostaglandins. Cod liver oil, are derived from the livers of white fish, such as cod and sometimes halibut. Fish liver oils, such as cod liver oil contains vitamins A and D and has a different concentration of EPA and DHA than fish oils derived from the fat of cold water fish. Cod liver oil has a higher ratio of DHA to EPA, while fish oils have a higher ratio of EPA to DHA. But, overall, fish oils have almost twice the amount of total EPA plus DHA than cod liver oil per same size capsule or teaspoon. To summarize, cod liver oil has the additional Vitamins A and D, a higher ratio of DHA to EPA, but almost half as much total EPA plus DHA than fish oils.

4. Lime juice. Lime juice is great for two reasons one, if your drinking 8 pints of water a day it becomes bland and boring and you start to not have you 8 glasses a day which you are going to need as you need to keep hydrated this helps with taste and helps with sweet cravings perfect. Two it also helps you flush your system this with the HRI tabs are going to keep you going to the loo a lot and I mean a lot but if you are up the high end of the scale 17 + stone you are going to shred a lot of weight quick getting rid of all the accesses water you have.

4 Bran Flakes. You may be asking why the bran flakes. Well for the first 4 weeks phase one is going to be a hi fiber diet to help with the detox. For the first week I / will you will be eating 2 bowls a day. Fiber will cleanse your bowels and help reduce bloating. I’m not a breakfast person and hate eating as I wake so want have a big bowl but something. Bran Flakes will help you feel full for longer and have one main ingredient fiber, now the other bowl, its your last meal of the day, say about 8pm try not to be any later than 8pm if you can help it, this is to keep you passing undigested food quicker, by eating this so often you are going to pass the food you don’t digest before it gets stored as fates which is great as your filling your self in the morning and passing it the next day. NOW YOU WILL BE DROPING SOME MAJOR LOADS but just think every time you go to the loo your losing weight.
The same goes for the bran flakes as it does with the vitamins store brand and brand names will contain the same ingredients but will be half the cost, these next 12 weeks don’t have to leave you broke you can do this on a budget.
