Day one, week one, phase one

Meals and Food

Breakfast - bran flakes
Lunch - salad
Dinner - two beef burgers, poached eggs and salad (first week first phase had the dressing)

Exercise

15 mins stretch (at home)

20 min jog
20 min cross trainer
4 x 15 shoulder press 20kg
3 x 15 side shoulder lifts 3.75kg
4 x 15 shoulder pull downs 28.5kg
3 x 15 shoulder pull ups 12.5

150 sit ups (at home) 15 leg raises 2 x 40 crunches 2 x 30 bicycle crunches

Due to work and having to cover a shift I was unable to do all I wanted and had to compromise, I want let it worry me even if it was day one, it happens, I just see it as I did Something active and it helps the progress, and if this is the case for you you shouldn't let it worry you either.

Lets say as its the first week I'm taking it easy.
