Gyms

To be honest you don’t really need a gym for phase one, the main purpose is to lose accesses water and fat’s and you can do this at home or going for jogs out side half hour power walking to start and a good amount off stretching will do to start, but it is cold and I’m going to push my self to the limit, well as far as I can in the time I have so a gym is best.
Try looking for an all round type of gym, somewhere that can offer cardio and weights, There are gyms out there that only deal with cardio work or gyms that only have weights for body builders, find one that’s going to suit you depending on your phase and most importantly one that your comfortable in.
It is very important to feel comfortable within your chosen gym so you can concentrate on the task at hand rather than what people think, there will always be people that are more advanced in there training so will be able to lift more weight or run longer but in time you will be able to as well JUST FEEL CONFIDENT IN WHAT YOUR DOING.  I will suggest that if your going to find a gym they have real weights none of these magnetic systems, they can help gain weight and mass but aftertime it strains and doesn’t end up looking natural.

Iv been to a few gyms over the years and I don’t want to start listing each and saying what’s wrong with each instead Ill just tell you the one that I think is best.

Evolve gym at ESSEX UNI

They recently revamped their facilities with a £1.4 million make over. Its not just the equipment that makes this place ideal not even the great value membership it’s the staff, there fantastic and know there stuff. Iv been to gyms and the staff don’t know which way is left and want help you out or give advice unless you pay for a one to one, here they are some of the friendliest people you could meet at the gym, if you have a question they will answer it no problems you need advice they are there, what’s more reassuring is that you can see them about working out them self’s and at times with members either spotting or advising giving the place a great atmosphere.
