Today is the day that it all starts. The start off 12 weeks is here, I didn't want to start mid week and due to the dates and days and gym openings it starts today the 7th of January 2013.
I hope from the information that I gave in the build up you have an understanding off what I am going to be doing and over the next few weeks see the results, and as a result I have already lost a lil bit of weight due to not chowing down on crap food in the last few days but hear we go.
Day one 7th Jan:
Weight - 14.3
Measurements of stomach across the belly button - 36"
Due to not scoffing the crap and cutting the fizzy drinks iv already lost 3lb
