By the end off 2011 I was a weed smoking, Red Bull drinking not so active 17.1 stone at my highest big guy. stuff the reasons why I just was!.............. I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY LIFE. After life slapped me in my face I needed to do something with my self, I decided I wanted to get back into self-defense again. Over a year I tried different 4 week excise and fitness plans as well as nutrition plans to slim down and shape up so I could fight (MMA) more effectively calling them phases. I did well and dropped as low as 12.5 stone (a lil to low) and settled at 13 stone and maintained it, what I didn't do was document it or take any pictures, SOOOO my plan over the month of December is to try and put on a STONE AND A HALF to go through it again. I want to blog it not just so I can reference it but others can too. Maybe your interested in nutrition maybe your not, I didn’t know much but I learnt a lot, maybe your just looking for a plan or some where to start this could help and I hope it does.
I believe in the saying "actions speck louder than
words" and if I put it in writing and say i'm going to do it I have to back it
up. If I can do it any one can.
During the Phases
I want to look into the routines I will be doing in each off the three 4 weeks
as well as the diets ill be using.
The Phases:
1.
Weeks
1- 4 Conditioning: lose fat
2.
Weeks
5- 8 Cut in: lean up
3.
Weeks
6- 12 Increase mass: bulk up
It will be intense and as long as work will allow
it this will be up to four to six days a week, not all day every day but enough
for it to work. If you are looking to do any on of these phases it can be made
longer or shorter depending on your goals, nothing happens over night, the
first time round I shifted alot more weight that this time round and i'm
setting myself a challenge to create a plan. There are going to be
mistakes along the way and of course days I cant do just as I say in my plan, I
just want to show that it is determination that makes us succeed and underline what it is I did to make it happen.
