Day two, week one, phase one
Meals and Food
Breakfast - bran flakes
Lunch - two beef burgers, poached eggs and iceberg lettuce mixed with chilli flakes
Dinner - salad

Well the bran flakes have kicked in sooner than I remember, I have been passing alot today and as I hit the gym my stomach was making some strange noises, I thought it was best to not do the sit ups and take it easy as this will pass, This is what we want it to do and there no need to make your self uncomfortable, this will pass and you will / I will pass this and things will start to settle, This is the week where you adapt and I don't want to lie to you lot and say that iv done something that I haven't. You may take a few more days to feel like this but its a good thing that you do, like I said did not relies that it would happen so quick. tomorrow I will leave the bran flakes and have some fruit take it easy and let this pass.
