In this blog I will be taking pictures with my top off, this is not in any way shape or form for any sexual and inappropriate use, and only to show the progress of each week.
This blog and what I do is not to certified by any
health or nutrition experts I am doing as my choice with what I knew, if you
chose to do any of these plans it is your choice.
My spelling is terrible I mean shockingly bad and i'm sorry for that.
You may feel tired or fatigued as a result of the different phases and it is ok to stop for a few days rest.
I will credit any website or book I use from where
I get and ask that if you copy and past you try to aswell.
I will at times use inappropriate language such as
swearing and cursing.
I suggest you do this for a reason and not for a
someone as it will always be the someone you what to notice that want, mine was
health and fighting. PLEASE DO IT FOR
YOU.
I may repeat my self several times but this may be
to make a point.
With all that said this isn’t for any one that
wants to go to the gym and look at them self’s in the mirror, if that’s what
you want then “PISS OF YA MUG!” I
may as well say it now coz that’s what every one there is going to be thinking.
This is for a life style change not to build your ego.
