Today as you know is (was) valentines day and I said I would cover people's shifts so they could spend it with there partners and enjoy the day which in turn meant I wasn't able to make it to the gym which ant a biggie as an extra rest day can help every now and then.
So exercise: none
Food and meals:
Breakfast - I tried one of them protein meal shakes as I was curious and as time has been at work all day it was quick and easy and I have to say it was nice, it was thick so was filling and kept me going till lunch
Lunch - chicken breast and scrambled eggs
Dinner - gammon and veg
