Day two, week one, phase two

Today was a chest day, and I will say it was nice lifting a heavier weight again. I enjoy running but every now and then its nice to have a lil strength behind it to get a sweat on.

So I was with a medium weight again and started with cardio to raise my hart rate.

Exercise:

15 minuet stretch
130 sit ups
20 minuet jog

Various bench to warm up 30kg 40kg 50kg 60kg 70kg 60kg 50kg 30kg
4 x 12 Incline bench with dumbbells 1 x 18kg 1 x 20kg 1 x 22kg 1 x 24kg each arm
4 x 12 incline bench butterfly's 1 x 14 3 x 12kg
4 x 1 vertical lifts 1 x 6.25kg 2 x 8.50kg 1 x 6.25kg
4 x 12 pec crunches 8.50kg

4 x 12 zigzag bicep curls 35kg
4 x 12 machine bicep curls 25kg each arm
4 x 12 cable pull bicep curls 18.75kg
4 x 12 dumbbells 20 kg each arm

Food and meals:
Breakfast - apples
Lunch - chicken pieces
Dinner - more chicken
