Day twelve, week two, phase two

Today was legs day and as I always say NEVER MISS A LEGS DAY! and with chopping and changing again I skipped the back and triceps day as I can do that tomorrow if need be. I did take it easy though as I had training tonight and didn't want to over do it as the gym was so close to my class.

Exercise:

15 minuet stretch
120 sit ups
30 minuets run (no cross trainers available)

4 x 12 calf extensions 1 x42.4kg 1 x52.5kg 1 x65kg 1 x70kg
4 x 10 liner leg press 75kg
4 x 10 seated leg curl 35kg
4 x 10 calf extensions 2 x65kg 2 x70kg (did twice)
4 x 10 Seated leg press

Food and meals:

Breakfast - mixed chopped fruit
Lunch - lamb
Dinner chicken salad
