Day one, week one, phase two

So today is a new day off a new phase and I'm excited about it I'm hoping by the end of the phase I'd like to have my six pack back if not at least the slightest sign off them.

And the same for this phase as it was the last, the first should be relaxed and steady. And today I wasn't at my gym and the gear was quite different so did what I could with what I knew how to use.

Exercise:

15 minuet stretch
15 minuet bicycle
10 minuet jog

3 x 12 shoulder dumbbell push ups 24kg each arm
3 x 12 shoulder pull down 35kg
3 x 12 front shoulder pull down 35kg
3 x 12 shrugs

10 minuet stepping machine
100 sit ups

Food and meals:

Breakfast - scrambled eggs
Lunch - chicken breast
Dinner - chicken salad
