Day nineteen, week three, phase two

I kept it calm and only went on a run today before I did my class, but I must say I hurt like hell after it elbows are shot to bits though, so nice and easy.

Exercise:

15 minuet stretch
30 minuet run

Food and meals:

Breakfast - fruit
Lunch - chicken salad
Dinner - beef and veg
