Right so today is usually a rest day and as I ha two during the week I decided to go today and make up for it as I had chance. And I found that I with the rest days and the burger challenge in mind the energy I had there after a full days work was something else, I started with the view that a little is better than nothing and as I finished my stretches I hit the running machine and felt amazing and felt jogging wasn't enough the thought off the strain was there but I couldn't help it I had to run and I did and it felt great it wasn't a run for running it was running for the enjoyment, it was a a great feeling, and it only comes if you keep on changing your life.
Exercise:
15 minuet stretch
150 sit ups
40 push ups
35 min run
Pull ups

4 x 12 calf extensions 1 x65kg 1 x75kg 1 x85kg 1 x90kg
4 x 10 squats 1 x10kg 1 x15kg 2 x 20kg
4 x 12 linear leg press 75kg
3 x 12 kneeling leg curl 1 x15kg 1 x 20kg
Pull ups
150 sit ups
30 push ups
6 sets off four arm curls 2 x12kg 2 x22kg 2 x12kg
Food and Meals:
Now after yesterday my stomach was stretched and I had the feeling of being hungry but not at the same time a weird one but I continued to eat as normal and one thing I didn't want to do was starve myself because I enjoyed a large meal yesterday, PLEASE NEVER STARVE YOUR SELF!
So here's what I had to eat.
Breakfast - bacon and eggs (scrambled)
Lunch - sliced lamb and peas
Dinner - chicken breast
