Day three, week one, phase two REST DAY

I had to take today as a rest day due to a strain in my inner leg, know idea how I did it, walking down the stairs first thing in the morning left me feeling off so wasn't the best idea to push through but to just rest.

But when it came down to the diet it was chicken all day long, all type sand flavors, one of the best things about this diet is you can eat loads.

Food and meals:

Breakfast - fruit
Lunch - chicken drum sticks
Dinner - BBQ chicken and salad
