Day four, week one, phase two REST DAY

So today had to be another rest day, the strain was still there and it really wasn't worth making it worse when it's feeling a little better. I can play catch up if I need to over the weekend but its only week 5 off the project and only week one off phase two so its all good.

Food and meals:

Breakfast - fruit
Lunch - packet of sliced turkey
Dinner - stake and salad
