Day twenty six, week four, phase one

Today was an average day, I managed to get to the gym and instead of lifting weights I did body mass work out, meaning I used my own body weight mainly doing abs

Exercise:
15 minuet stretch
130 sit ups
60 push ups

30 minuet run
30 minuet cross trainer

30 triceps pull ups
30 bicep pull ups
30 cable ab side pull downs
30 hanging ab crunches
30 hanging ab twists (this is where you hang from the pull up position and twist your legs side to side)

Food and meals:
Breakfast - bran flakes
Lunch - sandwich
Dinner - chilli con carnie mix no rice
Snacks - apple
